SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within two business day. Any order placed Friday-Sunday will ship out on Monday. Pre-orders will ship as noted, if there are any changes to the expected ship date you will be notified via email or auto SMS message depending on your checkout method.

ARRIVAL

Arrival time with standard shipment is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please use upgraded overnight or second day air (if order is placed by 12pm PST).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

More than anything, we want you to love your purchased goods. Any website orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that were purchased need to be returned following the below requirements.

Sale items, accessories, lingerie and swimwear, gently used/repurposed clothing or items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for returned purchases.

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All merchandise must have tags attached.
  • Product must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded, you are responsible for the cost of shipping anything back to Mason James.

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY PURCHASE BACK?

  1. Neatly repackage your items with the receipt that came with your purchase (so we know who you are).
  2. Send back your return to us (at your expense) to the address below using any track-able method:

REFUND TIME

If your return arrives in the 14-day return window and meets the provided guidelines, your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 business days. We will send a refund confirmation email. Please note some banks require additional days to process returns!
