Permanent Jewelry FAQ's and Policies: 

Your permanent jewelry can last weeks, months, years - as long as you want! Keep in mind, while bonded permanent jewelry is meant for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry and not invincible.

Once chain is cut, it is final sale. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on our permanent jewelry.

Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, & chemicals.

Jewelry can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush & dish soap.

To remove, cut jewelry at the jump ring where it was welded. Do not throw away.

Reweld due to bad weld is free for the first 7 days. Current re-weld fee is $25.

Repairs due to pulling, stretching, breaking or lost chain are not covered under warranty.
